Charlottenburg Cuisine Episode 13: sunchoke soup with wild-boar smoked ham, slow cooked beefshoulder with potato-truffle mash, mangoparfait on rasberry mousse

New Episode is out now. This dinner is a little bit more elaborate, but worth the effort. Todays appetizer is a sunchoke soup with wild-boar smoked ham. As a main dish we serve slow cooked beefshoulder with potato-truffle mash and we finish the meal with a mangoparfait on rasberry mousse. Our wine recommendation for this menu is the 2005 „Cuvée Cecile“ from the vineyard Grand Bourjassot. Do not miss our other shows. You are welcome to join my group:… Continue

Here is a short article on the topic. Depending on what you read, some articles will call it high quality and some will call it higher definition.

YouTube High Quality URL

Daily Motion is offering high definition uploads and it looks much better than the high quality YouTube versions.

Daily Motion HD

In my opinion, YouTube is useful for mass distribution, but they are openly running behind on quality standards. Other video sharing sites like Blip.tv, Daily Motion, and Revver all offer better quality video sharing.

To me the answer is quickly becoming to use a universal format for mass distribution and use a tool to upload to multiple video sharing sites. Services like Blip.tv the ability to broadcast video to multiple sources, like YouTube, blogs, Facebook, etc as part of the Blip profile. I like using them because the quality is better than YouTube and Blip will post to my blog and Facebook account automatically. That's a real time saver for me.

I love the video. Keep up the great work. Div-x is great for quality. It's just a shame that the player doesn't have move universal installation. Maybe that will change over time. YouTube offers High Definition downloads that look great compared to the traditional lower quality Flash player. You might take a look at something like that if you are interested in mass distribution. Just a suggestion. Keep up the great work!

Is there a way to keep it from playing automatically?
I would like to have the choice of watching it or not.
I'm on this site quite a bit and having to scroll down to stop it from playing does not induce a smile.
