I hope everyone is getting those Pumpkin Pie recipes and pictures ready to post ... I am thinking since we will have a few days off, lets post them on Sunday!!! Have a great Turkey Day and don't forget to take a picture of those pies!!!

I am a cook, not a chef. I love to take classic recipes and make them healthy but flavorful. I love to bake, my specialty being cookies and I love to decorate! My dream is to be a world renowned pastry chef ... but with an 8 yo, it will remain a dream. Maybe when she is out of High School I can revise my dream and become the oldest world renowed pastry chef :)
