- Favorite Foods:
- I love Italian foods and Tex-Mex foods, Asian foods. Pretty much any cuisine that has a lot of flavor. I *hate* bland food. :-) I also don't eat red meat though I do prepare it for my carnivorous family.
- Who are your favorite chefs/cooks?
- At the moment I'm making a lot of Rachael Ray's recipes. I like recipes that are quick, easy to prepare but are still flavorful.
- About Me:
- I have four children, all with different tastes. Before I had kids, I didn't particularly like to cook. After I became a mom, I found myself enjoying the challenge of trying to prepare meals to appeal to everyone.
