I think a great substitute that you can find in almost any store would be New Castle. It has a great taste and should work just as well. Really you grew up in the valley huh? Where abouts? I am in Woodland Hills but grew up in Sherman Oaks.
Ok, I came back to watch this and a couple of your other videos. They are really fun! I usually make a bourbon rib recipe but I think yours sounds really good too. I'll give it a try sometime soon but since I am not likely going to make a homebrew...
