I'm a consulting food editor at Working Mother magazine.
Before becoming a mom, writer, editor and recipe developer, I ran Time to Eat, a personal chef business in New York City. Services included preparing ready-to-heat homemade meals for busy professionals and on-site catering for business lunches and cocktail parties. I soon went on to work with world-reknowned chefs, including Tom Colicchio, when he was the top chef at Gramercy Tavern, and Alain Ducasse, as the Events Director at his namesake restaurant in the Essex House.
