- Having been diagnosed with numerous food allergies several years ago, I've had to re-learn the fine art of cooking and eating. When I combine my food allergies with my husband's Type II Diabetes and my son's capricious, mostly-vegan appetite, cooking a meal for the whole family is always a challenge. But it is a challenge I've come to enjoy.

I agree about the experimenting bit. I just love it. According to many people, there are only a few ways that you can cook certain things. I don't agree to that. I feel there are a lot more that we can do.
