I actually don't have a favorite, per say. I go through my phases. But I do enjoy a fresh Bruschetta. in fact, I love fresh foods in general! :)

About Me:

I am a middle school administrator who loves to bake. If i could do it all again...culinary arts is the path I would have taken. Currenly, I bake when I am stressed, then bring it to work since I don't eat most of the final presentations.

While I can hold my own in baking, Mele Cotte actual began as a vehicle to journal an increased effort in learning how to cook. Now, its a jumble of the "whatever comes to pass".
