Rasmalai

Diwali celebrations are incomplete without a variety of sweets. In the past few days I have posted a few sweet recipes because of the Durga Puja festival. Now with Diwali approaching I thought of posting the rasmalai recipe.

Rasmalai is a highly popular sweet among all Diwali sweets and also one of the easiest to make. I found this recipe in a cookbook and it tastes divine! So go ahead and try it this Diwali.
