How to upload good quality videos and where.

Someone PLEASE explain to me which movie file extensions produce the good, better, best quality videos.

Where is the best place to upload videos, i.e. Google Video, YouTube?

I'm using blip.tv and getting great video quality. The uploaded videos look the same as they do from my hard drive. YEAH!!!

Now, I just have to improve MY video style.

I have a Mac and use iMovie for editing. Does anyone else have the same?

I wanted to mention that for the best exposure, upload your video EVERYWHERE. Tube Mogel will do that for you, distribute to several sites, but you do need to register with each one. For viewing, I agree that blip is nice, but I've see the best quality on Viddler.
