I'm on a grilling mission these couple of weeks. I've grilled pizza, rainbow trout and tortillas---I'm having a blast!

Great idea!-)) All I can add to this is our special epsiode 8 about barbecue: antipasti a la grillia, barbecue korean style, coffee-rice wake-up-dessert

Great idea. I must admit that I don't know much about grills, bbqing and all that fun stuff. This year I am going to get my first grill and I'd like to know what kind to get. I know there is a little discussion going on about which kind is better. I just want to know more about them to make an informed decision. I admit I like the idea of getting a charcoal grill better.

Hi Jill,
Thank you again for another fun invite.
With BBQ season just around the corner, I think everyone will have a lot of information to share. I look forward to a great summer!!
Oh to answer your question "what ya got in the box??
That's my very own harvest from my "Kitchen Garden" ~ eggplant, peppers, onions, shallots, tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers and
fresh herbs ~ all of which is delicious on the grill ~ Yummy!!
Thanks,

Great idea! I almost bought a BBQ cookbook yesterday, but didn't. It lost out to the Cake Bible, and Rick Bayless' Mexican Kitchen. So many cookbooks, so little time...

Anyway, we live in SoCal, so have already warmed up our barbie with steak au poivre a couple of weeks ago. I don't think we're anywhere near pros at this, but we do use our rotisserie, and also smoke large cuts of beef or chicken with wood chips. Call us experimenters.
