Hi Moro, actually with the simplest ingredients, you can make chinese dishes already. by just reading what is available you have.

For a start, I suggest the first dish for you to try:
Stir fried Broccoli/ spinach with garlic or if you like going with meat.
Marinade the thinly sliced beef or chicken or pork with soy sauce,cornflour, sugar, oil, pepper for a while.

Hi
I live in a small town in Haiti and we lack a lot of the ingredients to make good Chinese food, but maybe you could guide me.
We have Soy Sauce - sesame seeds - as veggies we have cabbage - carrots - onion and garlic - christophines - squash - leek - spinach and beets and that's it. zap.
We have poultry, porc, goat meat, fish and lobster. Beef of course too.
I order silken tofu by mail.
Now, where do I go from here?
